Think he'd be doing this if Republicans were responsible for the Schumer Shutdown? There's not a snowball's chance in Hell. Democrats know that this is their doing.
2 "LOLs", huh? But republicans did not rubber-stamp legislation pushed by Democrats when Joe Biden was president. Why should Democrats? They didn't like the bigly beneficial to billionaires bill but could do nothing. They can do something now via negotiation (get the healthcare subsidies reinstated) but republicans refuse to negotiate. This is the trump shutdown. It does not matter if this is "a continuation of the Biden budget".
