BS. Those that support democracy are fighting back against those who support fascism. Should those who support democracy fight fair when those who support fascism do not?

Joe Conservative said...

Those who support democracy shouldn't fight democratically? Wow... and you're a Democrat?

Joe Conservative said...

I'd say that you've got a little bit of fascist Yin in your Yang, Derv.

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

What you desire is asymmetrical compliance. Democrats should continue to follow the rules while republicans are breaking them. That's how d0n0ld got elected. So, clearly it worked in your favor. Why you're trying to shame me into supporting continuing to give the bad guys the advantage. Even if it could lead to the end of democracy and even the end of the United States period. Seems like a bad moral hill to die on. Especially given that it could be a literal death instead of a figurative one.

As Barack Obama famously said in 2009, "Elections have consequences".

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Stolen elections have consequences too.

Rattrapper said...

Stolen Elections certainly did have consequences, especially with a flatulent pants pooping old fool with a drug snorting criminal son and a cackling hyena VP ruining the United States with plenty of political damage in 4 years. And Dervish worships those butt clowns Bigly as if they are some kind of god.

Looks like Mystere agrees with me concerning the flatulent pants pooping old fool, d0n0ld tRump. That's a first!

Flatulent pants pooping old fool? Check.

Drug snorting criminal son? Check.

Laughing dumbass VP ruining the United States? Check.

Stolen election? Check.

And Mystere worships these butt clowns bigly as if they are gods.

Why do you think they're destroying classified documents at USAID?

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Officials claim the destruction is compliant with the Federal Records Act and involves outdated documents, with originals preserved on classified systems. link

The answer to "Why do you think they're destroying classified documents at USAID" is because they don't need the hard copies any longer. Because they were fired by a Turd.

Copilot: Occam's razor is a great lens here. The simplest explanation often rings truest: if USAID programs are shutting down under directives and sensitive documents are no longer needed, destroying hard copies securely makes perfect sense. It minimizes risk while adhering to confidentiality requirements.

NARA destroys documents, Derv, not government agencies. Ship them to NARA for destruction... unless they're about to be "captured by a hostile government"...

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Turd-2 = hostile government.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

from CoPilot...

Federal agencies in the United States must obtain the National Archives and Records Administration's (NARA) approval before destroying records, and must adhere to specific NARA records schedules and regulations when determining which records are eligible for destruction or transfer.

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

"Officials claim the destruction is compliant with the Federal Records Act and involves outdated documents, with originals preserved on classified systems".

If whoever authorized this is wrong and they broke some law, I'm sure Turd-2 will hold them accountable. No malfeasance has been proven though. As of now. What wrongdoing do you think is being covered up?

Records of all the USAID money pumped into NGO's to get Sleepy Joe "selected" in 2020 and Kamala in 2024.

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

BS.

Joe Conservative said...

Really? Then why not follow NARA procedures for destroying documents at USAID. Imagine if Trump had tried to destroy those documents at Mar-a-Lago...

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

How do we know d0n0ld didn't destroy any documents at Mar-a-larg0? Or show them to Chinese agents? You can do whatever you can get away with. That's the precedent now.

I don't know that the document shredding is non compliant with NARA procedures. Those who are accused say it isn't. There must be some logic behind their claim. They aren't just saying "nuh-uh".

If there was wrongdoing, it needs to be proven. You say because the case against tRump was dropped by Jack Smith because he had no case. There have been no convictions given that no charges have even been brought.

However this shakes out, you'll definitely never believe there was no coverup. That conspiracy theory is fixed in your mind now. You will never disbelieve it now.

Joe Biden won because d0n0ld did a terrible job presidenting. d0n0ld "won" because he (and those assisting him) did a better job cheating 4 years later. And people had forgotten how terrible a job d0n0ld did. It's all about to become very evident to many people again. Due to the fact that d0n0ld is doing an even worse job this time.

Minus: As Barack Obama famously said in 2009, "Elections have consequences".

Copilot: The phrase "elections have consequences", famously stated by Barack Obama, is often used to highlight the authority granted to elected officials to implement their policies. However, it doesn't imply unlimited power or justify actions that might undermine constitutional checks and balances. The unitary executive theory, as applied by Donald Trump or any president, operates within a legal framework that is subject to judicial review and congressional oversight.

The blog author's interpretation seems to take the phrase to an extreme, suggesting that winning an election grants carte blanche authority. This perspective overlooks the fact that the U.S. system of government is designed to distribute power among the executive, legislative, and judicial branches to prevent overreach. While elections do empower leaders to pursue their agendas, they are still bound by the Constitution and the rule of law.

Yes. No. el0n's net worth is $0?

How's George Soros' bank account doing?

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Copilot: The idea that "you can't spend your way out of social ills" oversimplifies the complexities of addressing societal challenges. While spending alone isn’t a magic fix, it’s a critical tool when paired with effective policies, accountability, and community engagement. Investments in education, healthcare, infrastructure, and social programs have historically lifted millions out of poverty and improved quality of life.

The phrase "other people's money" is indeed a loaded one, often used to frame taxation as inherently negative. But as you pointed out, taxes are the foundation of a functioning society. They fund public goods and services that benefit everyone, from roads and schools to emergency services and national defense. The framing ignores the collective responsibility we share in building and maintaining a civil society.

As for "we're there", it's hard to take that claim seriously when wealth inequality in the U.S. is so stark. The wealthiest Americans hold a disproportionate share of resources, and there's ample room for more equitable taxation to address pressing social needs without "running out" of money. [end]

I don't know why you bring up the bank account of George Soros. You think I want him exempted from increased taxation? d0n0ld wants to lower the taxes of George Soros, not me.

Joe Conservative said...

"...when paired with effective"

That's kinda the point of DOGE, isn't it?
