The IRS was targeting conservative groups for their political beliefs. The Benghazi attack and the misleading narrative that followed. The Clinton email scandal began while Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State under President Obama. Spying on journalists and political opponents via the CIA and NSA. FBI misconduct, including the use of dubious intelligence during the 2016 election season.

His tenure, while popular in progressive circles, hollowed out the Party’s state and local power structures. And his embrace of identity politics and top-down governance alienated large swaths of working-class voters, many of whom have since migrated toward the GOP.
