The only thing Russia has done is discredit the Stanford-Binet IQ test by scoring any Russian over 38 points.
Like I said before beamish, the only people who score lower on IQ tests than Russians are Ukrainians (-2 pts.).

Europe does need some liebensraum...
But given its' crashing population perhaps a little less Lebensraum.
