The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a purported assault on a man who appears to have been hit in the back of the head with a brick, according to local media.
On Sunday around 6:40 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of Hamburg St. in the Sharp-Leadenhall neighborhood for report of an assault, along with a backup unit. When officers arrived, there was not a victim on the scene, police said. Medics who also canvassed the scene did not locate a victim, according to an incident report.
Officers later observed a “pool of blood” on a sidewalk nearby the area, according to the incident report.
A witness, who refused to give their name or address, told police that the incident stemmed from a “loud argument” between two men, according to the report. One man began to walk away and then the other man picked up two bricks and struck him in the back of the head, the witness said, and then ran away traveling northbound by foot towards the Sharp Leadenhall apartments, according to the incident report.
A video of the incident began circulating on social media as of Monday morning — an Instagram post reacting with laughter, including the hashtags “#WhiteLivesDoNotMatter” and “#BlackLivesMatter.”

I didn't excuse him. He's clearly guilty of either assault, attempted murder, or murder. Unless the video was staged. The person shooting it might be able to be charged with a crime as well. For not warning the person who was assaulted.

Yes, but not every cop can strong arm a muscular perp into submission. Hence the need to obey police instructions or pay with your life. No, the police should absolutely not hire girls. Only women and men. Both who have the proper training and go through a background check (stop hiring officers that were fired by other PDs). And George Floyd didn't put his own knee on his neck and choke the life out of himself. There was no "suicide". If it were a suicide (and it wasn't) it was assisted by the cops. Not in their "presence". They were all just standing around doing nothing? Wondering why George Floyd was bothering them while they were on break?
Floyd had a lethal dose of fentanyl in his system. The cops didn't "plant it" there. It was self-inflicted, no matter how finely you cut it.

I believe the "Chief Hennepin County Medical Examiner" over "the attorney's office". You seem to think that there being commodities means you can attribute death to the cause of your choice. Even though if he had not been restrained he almost certainly would have lived. He was going into stores and purchasing items, not tripping out at home (in a stupor or unconscious). Apparently nobody even knew he had fentanyl in his system until the medical examination. I'm not buying "fatal levels".

So no, I assert that the Chief Medical Examiner was more interested in keeping his job than stating the truth.
His job IS to state the truth. And I will believe an expert in the human body over an expert in the law when it comes to cause of death. That's an easy call.

Even if someone in the attorney's office as a medical degree, they didn't examine the body. Has anyone even questioned his competency, or do you ONLY question it because you don't like that he determined the cause of death was homicide?
