Though it looks to me (not being incredibly informed on what happened) that he is wrong. That does NOT mean your allegation is correct and there is a "diversity grift" (putting a Black person in charge means they're going to steal).
I believe in judging people individually. Or, as MLK said, by the content of their character. You have quoted this line before, but you obviously don't believe it.
