— $9 million from the Department of Defense for "Active Social Engineering Defense and Large Scale Social Deception" Um, what?
$220,000 from the Department of State just last year.
BBC:
— British Government TV steals $3.3 million from US taxpayers and received an eye-popping $20 million from Bill Gates. What!?
There are dozens of other examples.
This is why all media reporting sounds exactly the same. It’s funded and directed by the state. Media outlets narratives are carefully orchestrated scheme to influence public opinion and political outcomes.
A startup called Palantir, for instance, came up with a program that elegantly accomplished what TIA (Terrorism Information Awareness) program, set up in 2002, had set out to do.
America's enemies are VERY happy about this. To me it sounded like (after watching the video) that Andrew Bustamante confirmed this. You heard him say CIA analysist leaving the CIA would be a positive development?
No, I see it as a clear and present danger to the freedoms and liberties of the people of the United States. I believe in negative liberties promised by the fourth and fifth amendments.
If focused, AI can do a very good job of picking nuggets of information and summarizing them, clearing the forest to expose the one "tree". The point is that it should be allowed to clear "American forests". Foreign forest ONLY!
