It will live in the Palantir AI consoles that replace the civil servants forever!

I doubt it.

You're going to "untrain" the AIs?

Copilot: While Palantir AI consoles and other advanced technologies can certainly streamline and automate certain tasks, it's unlikely they will completely replace civil service jobs in the U.S. government. These technologies are more likely to augment and enhance the work of civil servants, allowing them to focus on more complex and strategic tasks.

However, there may be shifts in the types of skills and roles that are in demand. As AI and automation become more prevalent, there could be a greater need for civil servants with skills in data analysis, cybersecurity, and other technical areas. [end]

Meanwhile you think a world of robot servants as depicted in "I, Robot" is right around the corner?

Copilot: While it's an interesting idea, it's important to note that the Tesla Bot, or Optimus, is primarily designed for industrial automation and repetitive tasks, not for replacing civil service jobs in the government.

The technology behind the Tesla Bot could certainly be used to enhance efficiency and productivity in various sectors, but the idea of it completely taking over civil service jobs might be a bit far-fetched at this stage.

While advanced technologies like Palantir AI consoles can certainly enhance efficiency and streamline certain tasks, replacing civil servants entirely is a complex proposition. Human judgment, empathy, and decision-making skills are critical in many aspects of civil service work, and it's unlikely that AI will completely replace those roles anytime soon. [end]

Nothing will "replace" AI ENTIRELY. Somebody's got to provide the power and monitor the ON/OFF switches. The AI isn't as capable of Stanislaw Lem's GOLEM XIV and "Honest Annie".

...in other words, the Technological Singularity is still in the future.

...but it IS coming.

In other words, the remaining Civil Servant's will still have to rely upon Alex Karp and Peter Thiel for upgrades.
