People that do these things are consistently Childish, Emotionally Charged, frankly just plain Stupid, and difficult to have any reasonable conversation, with.

It’s basically just a childish insult by people trying to take some moral high ground. For example someone calling an average conservative “ NAZI ” just cannot be taken seriously, and frankly, these idiotic people are not worth wasting my time with. .
For an example the guy with that blog where he and ony his buddy and one or two other people comment on a Nazi is anyone “HE” disagree with. And can’t correspond with anyone on the right without calling them a Nazi, or some other disgusting name. So I Put him on my “Go the Hell List”.
Why are Democrats Appeasing, Excusing, and Outright Defending, and even Promoting Radical Islam?

After an Islamic terrorist in Michigan tries to drive a bomb-laden truck into a Jewish day care center, with the hope of murdering 140 Jewish children, El-Sayed (whom the Democrats, and especially Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have already picked as the nominee for Senate, and is actually Campaigning for him) and tried to excuse and justify it by saying “hurt people hurt othe people.” IF you will remember in the aftermath of 9/11 how many “Progressives” insisted that these iniquities were caused by American foreign policy, or western colonialism, or the one Jewish state. Anything, in fact, to avoid taking these men at their word, who made videos explicitly stating that they were murdering to “bring glory to -Allah.” And why all the favoritism? Why are Muslims allowed to shut down entire city streets to traffic while they pray? Why are they allowed to disturb the sleep of non-Muslims and the hard working people with their call to prayer at 5 o’clock in the morning?
So what is it? Are the Democrats merely just delusional? Is it that antisemitism is so ingrained in their party that they side with any of the enemies of Jews? Is it that they know Islam will try to convert America, thus destroying the country they Hate?
