lol! Well they REALLY escalated their Uranium enrichment program in 2021 when Biden got into office. They went from 20% in January 2021 to 60% in April 2021 in just four months. By the time Biden's term was over, they IAEC had detected enriched uranium at over 83% and their Fordham facility (the one Trump bombed last June). 90% is weapons grade. There is no "commercial" use for enriched uranium over 20%. That's the High Assay Low Enriched Uranium (HALEU) limit. So they didn't "technically" have a nuclear weapons program until Biden came into office. The threat of Trump retaliation had kept them at 20%, the highest "commercial" enrichment limit.
