With more than 107,000 people that lost their lives to a drug overdose in 2023, alone with nearly 70 percent of those deaths attributed to opioids such as Fentanyl Another way to look at this one is that Trump will save at least 200,000 American lives compared to Biden's 4-year disaster. 200,000 American lives is a very big number, it is a major victory over the drug cartels.
