What we have just seen, is only the the Calm before the Next Political Storm isn’t even over and already the smell of another Schumer Democratic Government shutdown is waiting in the wings! Congress' halls already has the smell of Stale Air! . The Senate’s thin 60-40 vote may have reopened the federal wallet for now, but only until January 30. After that, the same Radical Progressive Democrats who weaponized the shutdown to squeeze out healthcare subsidies and manipulate the public narrative could pull the same stunt on us real Americans all over again. No I wouldn’t put it past some of those Radical Leftists! But strong words won’t be enough. The Republicans must get ahead of the narrative now, craft a full-year budget rooted in fiscal sanity, and call out these Socialist Democrat obstruction for what it really is: Deliberate Sabotage.
If Republicans cave or even stay silent, the Socialist Democrats will use the next shutdown as a propaganda bonanza, painting the Republican Party as reckless saboteurs even as they themselves orchestrate the collapse. For several decades, the Leftist politicians have promised to “Fix Healthcare.” Every election cycle someone comes up with the same empty speeches, and the same old recycled talking points, and the same Back-Room Deals with insurers who write 90% of the legislation behind the scenes. The Affordable Care Act, nicknamed “Obamacare,” was sold as the Cure-all, but for millions of Americans? It’s not even remotely affordable. Instead, families are hit with spiraling premiums, sky-high deductibles that run into the thousands, and networks so narrow you practically need divine intervention to see a Doctor. Remember “If You Like Your Doctor, You Can Kept Your Doctor? Well, that didn’t work either!
So now, along comes Donald Trump promising “Trumpcare” as the replacement for the plan that didn’t do as they said it would! . Fine. But enough with the slogans, and fancy sayings.. Enough with the press conferences. Enough with the cosmetic tweaks, and Enough with the Promises!
What we DON’T need is a repackaged Christmas gift that won’t do as promised! If Trumpcare is real reform, and not another repackaged gift to the insurers, then it has to pass one unforgiving, non-negotiable acid test. Anything else is noise, anything else is a rehashed Distraction!. The real question, the question that the politicians must avoid because insurance lobbyists hate it, is this:Will Trumpcare finally allow Americans to buy health insurance across state lines? And will it really be afordable? If Trumpcare doesn’t directly meet those incentives, then all the speeches about “Choice” and “Freedom” are Worthless.And if Trumpcare does not meet these incentives, then it’s just andother named for another plan that doesn’t work.
If Trumpcare doesn’t break this cycle of going nowhere, then it’s not reform, it’s just political theater.

Your concerns are bullplop. If you really wanted parents to raise their children together in the same household, you would put your money where your mouth is. You only want to judge, not help. For example, LBJ's great society would have pulled a lot of people out of poverty and (I think) the result would be families staying together. Joe Biden tried a version of this with his tax credits for people with children, but republicans allowed the credits to expire. This is because they ONLY care about (potential) babies in the womb. After the babies are born they don't care what happens to them. This is because rightturds are bigly hypocrites.
