Guns don't kill people. People having access to guns can result in people being killed. Especially people who shouldn't have them. Proof that guns don't kill people is the fact that the gun isn't arrested when an angry nutter uses one to commit a mass shooting. The shooter is arrested. Or killed. Or he kills himself.
You think it is to punish the cars? Cars aren't sentient. Any punishment of an "offending" car goes unnoticed by them. Given that they are unthinking. Or do you think Disney's "Cars" movies are true stories?
Guns should be confiscated from people who shouldn't have them. You're opposed to taking guns from people convicted of violent crimes and of spousal abuse? Gun for all? There are no circumstances under which people can have their guns taken away? Maybe people behind bars should be allowed to take their guns to prison?
