If you were happy with half the "corruption" (represented by US taxpayer money flowing to Afghanistan) you should be extremely happy that President Biden got us out. Instead you complain about what an imaginary administration did (in your delusions). If Joe Biden was already president for 8 years, how could he serve a 3rd term? Changing VPs (from Obama to Harris) wouldn't allow him to serve additional terms.
