This is all complete nonsense. If he was motivated by a desire to "get tRump", why'd he wait to begin prosecuting the lawless orange turd? As opposed to hitting the ground running so that ANY of the DOJ cases against him would go to trial before the 2024 presidential election? As opposed to NONE of them. They will all go away if dotard donald is "elected" to a second term. If this was part of a Joe Biden plan (or Joe Biden "handlers" plan) they botched it.
I think what is supposed to be funny about the SNL skit is that is NOT Merrick Garland's personality. Instead of aggressively upholding the law (in this example, the law concerning classified documents) he's going easy on donald tRump. It was only donald tRump's non-cooperation, lying and hiding of documents that resulted in this case going forward. donald tRump gave Garland no choice. Garland definitely wanted to let tRump off the hook.
So how many Democrats has he prosecuted and convicted (after having first ducked prosecution, but later forced to prosecute by judges catching red-handed granting ridiculous non-prosecution deals?
It sounds like you are referring to someone specific. Hunter Biden? He should not be being persecuted at all. The case against him is BS.
Robert Menendez is being prosecuted. And it looks like he is guilty to me.
