It didn't seem as though the right liked Kathy Griffin's art very much. Even though Griffin was nowhere near Dotard when she shot her art picture. Whereas the guillotine "art" was constructed right outside the building where the people the "art" was threatening worked.

Or is Maxine Waters talking about Dotard's criminal response to the pandemic that resulted in more people dying than would have if his administration had formulated an actual plan.
