Me: During congressional confirmation hearings, sheldon whitehouse asked kash patel to give permission to release a transcript of testimony kash patel gave to a grand jury. Kash patel wasn't certain he could give permission, but sheldon whitehouse said he could. Who was right? Also, when did kash patel give testimony to a grand jury? What case was this in regards to?

Copilot: Senator Sheldon Whitehouse was correct. Under Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, a witness is allowed to disclose their own grand jury testimony. Kash Patel's uncertainty about his ability to give permission was unfounded.

Kash Patel gave his grand jury testimony in relation to the investigation into former President Donald Trump's handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. This testimony took place after the Department of Justice granted him immunity to compel his testimony.

Me: Libs of tiktok says that sheldon whitehouse backed legislation that funneled money to his wife's nonprofit, Ocean Conservancy, and that she (his wife) got 2.7 million dollars. Allegedly an ethics watchdog is saying this is blatant corruption. What's really going on? Is libs of tiktok correct?

Copilot: The situation is a bit more nuanced. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse has indeed supported legislation that resulted in federal grants being awarded to Ocean Conservancy, an environmental nonprofit where his wife, Sandra Whitehouse, has been involved. However, the Senate Ethics Committee previously dismissed a similar complaint, concluding that Senator Whitehouse's actions did not violate federal law, Senate Rules, or other standards of conduct.

Sandra Whitehouse has been paid through her consulting firm, Ocean Wonks LLC, and directly by Ocean Conservancy. The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) has called for a new ethics investigation, arguing that there is a potential conflict of interest. However, Ocean Conservancy has stated that Sandra Whitehouse was not compensated from the federal grants and emphasized their longstanding role in marine debris cleanup efforts.

So, while there are allegations and calls for further investigation, the Senate Ethics Committee has not found any wrongdoing in the past. It's a complex issue, and the final determination will depend on the outcome of any new investigations.

Co-Pilot knew that Kash Patel wasn't under a secret Court Order NOT to disclose? It can search behind Court and DOJ information firewalls? Who knew? It's omniscient!

Co-pilot couldn't POSSIBLY construct a "narrative" that left OUT information, could it?

You're a Co-Pilot fool, Derv, who's outsourced his brain to a calculator.

minus: Co-Pilot knew that Kash Patel wasn't under a secret Court Order NOT to disclose?

No. The information only concerned the rule that says Kash can disclose his own testimony absent a court order. Secret or not.

btw, WHY would there be a secret court order? Obviously to cover up the crimes of d0n0ld. Surely that would be your accusation if we were talking about a Democrat.

I believe that Kash didn't want to disclose the incriminating testimony he gave and there is no court order. Though, if there is one and the public can't even know if such an order exists or not... that's worse. Because the case was completely dropped. I see no reason at all that Kash could not authorize the release of his own testimony. Unless this is a Turd State coverup.

Minus wants no sunlight to ever expose d0n0ld wrongdoing. It must be shielded from public view for all time. Or until d0n0ld is dead, at least. He must be subjected to zero accountability.

When is the Jeff Epstein dirt going to be released as d0n0ld and Kash both said they would make public?

Copilot: ...both Donald Trump and Kash Patel have made statements about releasing information related to Jeffrey Epstein. Trump, during his presidency, expressed a commitment to transparency regarding Epstein's case. Recently, Attorney General Pam Bondi released the first phase of Epstein-related files, which included flight logs and contact lists. However, much of this information was already known, and critics have called for the release of additional documents.

Kash Patel, now the FBI Director, has also emphasized transparency. He stated that there would be "no cover-ups" and pledged to uncover any hidden records5. Bondi has demanded the release of thousands of pages of Epstein-related documents that were reportedly withheld by the FBI. The deadline for this release was set for today, February 28, 2025, so more updates may emerge soon.

Your skepticism is understandable, especially given the controversies surrounding both Kash Patel and Donald Trump. Patel's role in overseeing the release of Epstein-related documents has drawn criticism, with some alleging that the FBI's heavily redacted files may be protecting certain individuals, including Trump. Why is EVERYTHING a secret in Washington? And why is every news story a "leak"?

It's all part of the game.

Paragraph 4.

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

The game is good when d0n0ld plays it? He's decided that only people friendly to the administration will now have access to press briefings and the press pool. I'm sure the people he admits will ask the hard hitting questions.

Like "Real America’s Voice" reporter Brian Glenn's question about why Zelensky wasn't wearing a suit. The definition of "hard hitting", yes?

Why, when Zelensky was there to sign the minerals extortion deal, did d0n0ld not sign it? What reporter asked that question?

"...many of Ukraine's rare earth minerals and critical resources are located in regions currently under Russian control, including areas like Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia. For Trump to secure access to these resources, he would indeed need to commit to either negotiating their return or supporting Ukraine's efforts to reclaim the territory through continued military aid".

FYI, that is why there will be no deal for Ukraine's minerals. They are currently Russia's minerals. And Putin's puppet won't do anything to change that.
