Joe, I am not from Maryland, I am from Virginia (born and raised in Chicago) anyhow... are these Republicans winning because I would hate for Dems to win anything, or are they showing the Dems and Republicans that will run in mid-terms?
Yes, these are primary results electing the people who will run in November for each party. What's interesting is that the Democratic Governor's Association has poured in $1.5m for Dan Cox to win the Republican primary... and he's Trump supported.
