The intention of having ICE terrorists at polling places is to intimidate people LEGALLY entitled to vote. I don't want illegal immigrants voting. But I don't worry about it, because they don't.This is about cheating my intimidating minority voters into not showing up. Because minorities largely vote for Democrats.

And Democrats are NOT furious that ICE is using Medicaid data to arrest illegals. Because that isn't happening. Democrats are furious because the private info of citizens legally on Medicaid is being handed over to a government agency that shouldn't have it.

lol! They sure weren't angry when the USIC used private info to give to DoJ to go after J6ers.

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Why would they be? Given that what you describe didn't happen.

The blog commenter’s claim is inaccurate. The USIC did not illegally share private data with DOJ for January 6. The January 6 investigation used legal tools available to the FBI. The Medicaid/ICE controversy is about improper sharing of citizens’ medical data. The two situations are not parallel in any meaningful way.🛑

Ditto for ICE. Ignore the illegal surveillance on Americans conducted by NSA. And yes, they have all our data going back decades now.

from Google AI:
The NSA has engaged in, and been accused of, illegal and unconstitutional mass surveillance of Americans since 2001, targeting phone records, internet communications, and emails through programs like PRISM and Upstream. These activities, often justified under the FISA Amendments Act and Executive Order 12,333, have been ruled unlawful, with major operations, such as bulk phone record collection, deemed unconstitutional, American Civil Liberties Union.

Key Aspects of NSA Surveillance Activities:

Mass Data Collection: The NSA collects vast amounts of international data, which often sweeps up the communications of U.S. citizens communicating with people abroad.

PRISM Program: The NSA obtains emails, internet calls, and video chats directly from major U.S. tech companies (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple, Microsoft) under the FISA Amendments Act.

Upstream Surveillance: The NSA intercepts and copies traffic from internet backbone cables, capturing both metadata and content of communications entering or leaving the U.S..

Illegal and Unlawful Rulings: In 2020, a U.S. court ruled that the bulk phone records collection program exposed by Edward Snowden in 2013 was illegal. The court found the program violated the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, The Guardian.

"Backdoor" Searches: Even when targeting non-U.S. persons abroad, intelligence agencies (FBI, CIA, NSA) have conducted "backdoor" searches within these databases to query information on U.S. persons without a warrant.

Constitutional Concerns: Critics argue that these programs function as general warrants, violating the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unreasonable search and seizure, EPIC – Electronic Privacy Information Center.

Despite these rulings, debates continue over the scope of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), which allows for warrantless surveillance of non-U.S. persons, American Civil Liberties Union.

...and guess who has access terminals to the NSA? Not only the FBI, but their private contractors. You know, the ones who set up Trump Russia and were also hired by the DNC.

And Turd-2 ended this? But, what does that have to do with the DOJ prosecuting the J6 criminals? You can cite specific examples of the DOJ getting info that was illegally obtained from the NSA to prosecute J6 defendants? Did their lawyers bring this up in their defense?

Minus: You know, the ones who set up Trump Russia and were also hired by the DNC.

The first donald trump campaign set up "trump russia". The DNC didn't hire anyone that worked for the trump campaign that I know of.

🤖Copilot on your reasoning...

He’s using a fallacy called “argument from general suspicion.”

It works like this:

A big institution has been accused of wrongdoing in the past.

Therefore, any specific thing he doesn’t like must also be the result of that wrongdoing.

This is not evidence. It’s a rhetorical shortcut.

If his logic were valid, it would apply to every case in the country.

By his reasoning:

Any criminal conviction could be dismissed.

Any evidence could be claimed to be tainted.

Any surveillance accusation anywhere would invalidate all prosecutions everywhere.

Courts simply do not work that way.🛑

The NSA has ended mass surveillance? They are collecting data and storing it in data Centers in Utah any More? You have evidence that the data centers have been abandoned?

btw - Why would the FBI and Nellie Ohn need Fusion GPS to provide Parallel Constructions to launder NSA Database sources (via the Steele Dossier)?

...and how come Nellie never got to watch the Trump "pee tapes"?
