Seth Rich’s Parents to Conspiracy Theorists: We know that Seth’s personal email and his personal computer were both inspected by detectives early in the investigation and that the inspection revealed no evidence of any communications with anyone at WikiLeaks or anyone associated with WikiLeaks...

One can lie to many people... only for this much time. ;-P

...pay no attention to the man behind the curtain...

If true, why not obey the Court order?

btw - How's all that censorship and gaslighting working out for ya, Derv?

(Much more) Interesting question -- WHY they decided to admit it? Pressed with WHAT???

I throwed into the bin idea that something like that can became because of sudden surge of consciousness for honesty. ;-P

PS Continue watching "Designated Survivor" -- they showing how that "honesty of the government" working, in all details. ;-P

Whatever.

Controlling system CANNOT be more complex and that mean more adaptive then *controlled* one. ;-P

Hunter Biden laptop = fake.

So DoJ is lying now in Court documents? Are they trying to frame Hunter?

Master Discourse -> University Discourse -> Hysteric Discourse -> Analyst Discourse

Can it be "equally" adaptive?

Yeah. It looks to me like David Weiss is lying.

"Investigators also later came into possession of the defendant’s Apple MacBook Pro, which he had left at a computer store".

I don't believe that is what happened. The laptop might have belonged to Hunter Biden. I don't think he left it at the repair shop of a tRump supporter. And I don't believe the laptop hard drive is as they found it.

What probably happened is that Hunter Biden's iCloud account was hacked. And that data was transferred to a hard drive that Rudy Giuliani picked up in Ukraine and had installed in the laptop.

And that real data likely contains fake data. Placed there by the Russian operative that gave it to Rudy.

Admitted by DoJ to be real... but the reflexive mythology lives, despite the Overton Window being slammed shut on the "issue" and it having "broken through" to the other side.

As Saul Alinsky stated..."If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside; this is based on the principle that every positive has its negative."

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

...now watch the Seth Rich laptop story "break through" the DNC information prevention firewall. :)

Dervish Sanders said...

Minus: Admitted by DoJ to be real...

Has it? Or was it only claimed to be "real" by David Weiss, the liar conducting the Hunter Biden witchhunt?

Joe Conservative said...

He doesn't represent the DoJ? Who pays him then?

Dervish Sanders said...

Minus: ...now watch the Seth Rich laptop story "break through" the DNC information prevention firewall.

Correction: you're talking about the Seth Rich debunked conspiracy theory. I seriously doubt these debunked lies are going to "break through" again. Maybe to be debunked again.

Joe Conservative said...

Prebunked, not debunked.

So, should David Weiss be charged with perjury for his false and misleading legal filings in the Hunter Biden case?

Dervish Sanders said...

I don't have enough information to say definitely. I only said it looks like a false assertion.

Is it really Hunter Biden's laptop? Probably. The conspirators could have acquired one of Hunter's old laptops. Is Hunter Biden's data on the laptop in question? Sure. Most of it likely is data hacked from his iCloud account. Was Russian disinformation placed on the laptop? Almost certainly. So is it "real"? David Weiss argues it is. It's probably his real laptop. It's his real data (for the most part). So could he be charged? Maybe. Will he be charged? I predict no.

Are any of the people prosecuting dotard donald going to be charged? For "malicious prosecution" maybe? Or, in the case of Jack Smith, for "blackmail"? Do you think they will? Like, if dotard donald becomes president again?

Minus: He doesn't represent the DoJ? Who pays him then?

He is an INDEPENDENT prosecutor. Meaning he can do what he wants. And his decisions are independent. He doesn't need to consult with the doj or get their approval.

Why did Merrick Garland make him an independent prosecutor? To make it clear neither Garland nor Joe Biden had any influence over the case involving the president's son.

Not that you believe that. So it could have been a mistake. In my non expert opinion I think it was.

Who pays him? I think you know. Though apparently you dunno what "independent" means.

Joe Conservative said...

DoJ. And he'll BITE the hand that feeds him? Sounds like it would likely be a career-ending mistake, IMO. That would almost be like a NOAA climate scientist not wanting to sound climate alarms and destroy all those grant opportunities.

Independent? Only those who are self-funded are "independent" in anything more than name.

END ALL DEPENDENCY! ANCAP forever!

Minus: And he'll BITE the hand that feeds him? Sounds like it would likely be a career-ending mistake, IMO.

So what? He's 68. He could retire. Or go into private practice.

John Durham issued a phony baloney report. Worry about his career didn't stop him.

According to you Jack Smith is persecuting dotard donald and is a blackmailer. Apparently he isn't worried about his career. Or going to prison.

Minus: That would almost be like a NOAA climate scientist not wanting to sound climate alarms and destroy all those grant opportunities.

The Baseless Claim That Climate Scientists Are Driven by Money. ... Researchers working in climate change do not receive atypically large paychecks, nor do they strike it rich from grants. The claim also ignores that internal research from oil companies affirms the scientific consensus on climate change. ...

What really leads to more funding and a higher salary is a scientist’s ability to produce groundbreaking research, not confirming the consensus...

I worked with them for 30 years. Their paychecks (and mine) were pretty hefty, as were the perks of only working gov't work (deciding which rules needed following). It was so much better than being a defense contractor having to submit to "goobernment oversight. I know that, also, from the 15 years in commercial DOD preceding the 30.

So please, talk to someone with actual knowledge before spouting off next time.

ps - I also worked some of the flagship Earth Science platforms. Terra, Aqua, Aura before turning to heliophysics.

btw - It's not very hard to get grants when you're the one doling them out... of course Congress DOES have to allocate the funding.

gtfu. THAT guy is hated. Confirming the consensus gets you WAY more Nobels. And you get to go on doing what you learned in school without discovering that everything you had learned was wrong.... and having to start over from scratch.

Why do you think we're still using The Standard Model of physics?
