Queen guitarist and astrophysicist Brian May: I love Eric Clapton, he's my hero, but he has very different views from me in many ways. He's a person who thinks it's OK to shoot animals for fun, so we have our disagreements, but I would never stop respecting the man. Anti-vax people, I'm sorry, I think they're fruitcakes. There's plenty of evidence to show that vaccination helps. On the whole, they've been very safe. ... to go around saying vaccines are a plot to kill you, I'm sorry, that goes in the fruitcake jar for me :P
The opinions of the 14th greatest guitar player of all time about science are more valuable and true than those of the 2nd greatest guitar player of all time? Who knew?
"For the record, May is an astrophysicist and wrote a thesis entitled, "A Survey of Radial Velocities in the Zodiacal Dust Cloud". So suffice it to say that the man has a grasp on science, even if it's in a different field".
Hawking expressed concern that life on Earth is at risk from a sudden nuclear war, a genetically engineered virus, global warming, or other dangers humans have not yet thought of.[307][360] Hawking stated: "I regard it as almost inevitable that either a nuclear confrontation or environmental catastrophe will cripple the Earth at some point in the next 1,000 years", and considered an "asteroid collision" to be the biggest threat to the planet.
I wonder how often Hawking's auto-correct pissed him off. Just think there's probably a sizeable chunk of astrophysics that is really just cussing about his balls itching.
COVID lab-leak theory: "rare" genetic sequence doesn't mean the virus was engineered. (excerpt) Prof Richard Muller... and Dr Steven Quay... claim Sars-CoV-2 has "genetic fingerprints" of a lab-origin virus. ... The authors claim that the CGG codon [A group of three nucleotides which provides the instruction for a cell to make an amino acid] appears less frequently than the other five possible codons in betacoronaviruses (the family of coronaviruses to which Sars-CoV-2 belongs). If we look at related coronaviruses, the CGG codon encodes about 5% of all arginines in Sars-CoV compared with about 3% of all arginines in Sars-CoV-2. Though CGG is less common than other codons, the authors' argument fails to provide a reason that the double-CGG sequence could not exist naturally. ...the authors' dismissal of mutation as a source of viral change is an inaccurate description of reality.
the authors' argument fails to provide a reason that the double-CGG sequence could not exist naturally...
"could not exist naturally".... LOL!
No one said it couldn't exist naturally, just that the double-CGG is the Gene splice of choice" (100%) for an artificially engineered virus and only a 5% random variation choice that nature would use.
"Do we have any foreigners in the audience tonight? If so, please put up your hands. So where are you? Well wherever you all are, I think you should all just leave. Not just leave the hall, leave our country. I don't want you here, in the room or in my country. Listen to me, man! I think we should vote for Enoch Powell. Enoch's our man. I think Enoch's right, I think we should send them all back. Stop Britain from becoming a black colony. Get the foreigners out. Get the wogs out. Get the coons out. Keep Britain white. I used to be into dope, now I'm into racism".
Wikipedia: Upon Powell's death, black Barbados-born Wilfred Wood, then Bishop of Croydon, said "Enoch Powell gave a certificate of respectability to white racist views which otherwise decent people were ashamed to acknowledge".
Animal Trial: In legal history, an animal trial was the criminal trial of a non-human animal. Such trials are recorded as having taken place in Europe from the thirteenth century until the eighteenth. In modern times, it is considered in most criminal justice systems that non-human persons lack moral agency and so cannot be held culpable for an act.
The POINT of my comment was that we no longer stupidly hold animals accountable for "crimes". So charging bats with "hate crimes" wouldn't be "Left wing activism at its' purest". And bats aren't spreading covid, unvaccinated White republicans are. We should charge them with hate crimes. Given the toll covid is taking on the African American community.
Post hoc ergo propter hoc. Unvaccinated Republicans didn't make African Americans genetically inferior in regards to immunity towards species barrier hopping bat viruses, and Republicans vaccinated or not likely have the highest social distancing (in miles) from African Americans.
Go back to the drawing board. Why do vaccinated people have to wear masks? Because they are now carrying a viral load that they didn't before they got "vaccinated." A viral load that has nothing to do but mutate further.

ReplyDeletesing along
ReplyDeleteThis has gotta stop.
ReplyDeleteGive the vaccine to bats and make them wear masks.
ReplyDeleteThe virus is circulating among humans.
ReplyDeleteEspecially among unmasked bats

ReplyDeleteCovid only targets the genetically inferior.
ReplyDeleteSo we should listen to Stephen Hawkings opinions vis Fox Hunting, too?

ReplyDeleteHawking was genetically inferior
ReplyDeleteEither too closely related to bats, or not closely enough
ReplyDeleteToo closely.... :p

ReplyDeleteMinus (paraphrase): "Covid is no more dangerous than the common cold".
...to most people. Covid kills the genetically inferior people.

so IMO, it a 20:1 bet that the virus was engineered.
ReplyDelete"...the authors' dismissal of mutation as a source of viral change is an inaccurate description of reality".
ReplyDelete...but their description of "engineered change" is spot on.
ReplyDeleteSo who would engineer a virus to kill fat black people?
ReplyDeleteThe Asians getting mugged in urban areas?

Covid has killed more wogs and coons than bats and Clapton is the racist?
ReplyDeleteRacist bats? You're stupid.
ReplyDeleteSeems to me that it's the coronavirus that is racist. You should charge bats with hate crimes.

ReplyDeleteThey aren't.
Yes they are. The idea of the "vaccine" is to theoretically make the recipient an asymptomatic carrier, like a bat.
