Post-Modern Post-Colonialism Stands Against Legal and Linguistic Universalism...

...and FOR Special Victim Pleading (as defined linguistically) thru the European anti-colonialism post-WWII Consensus

The problem of Islam ISN'T anti-semitism.  It's the religion of Islam.  Because it's not just Jews being stabbed.  It's ALL Moslems AND Non-Moslems (Christian, Hindi, Jewish, Sikh) alike being attacked.  It's an Islamic Universal religious "violence permission and sanctioning" problem, not one specific to violence against Jews and the Jewish religion and their current demands to be treated as special victims post-holocaust

from Google AI:
A Semite is traditionally defined as a member of any people who speak or spoke a Semitic language, such as Hebrew, Arabic, Amharic, or ancient Akkadian. Originating in southwestern Asia, they are classified by language rather than race. Major languages include Arabic, Hebrew, and Aramaic, with cultures deeply rooted in Abrahamic traditions and early nomadic histories. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Languages and Origins
  • Semitic Languages: A branch of the Afroasiatic language family, these include ancient Akkadian, Canaanite, Phoenician, and Aramaic, alongside modern Arabic, Hebrew, Amharic, and Tigrinya.
  • Origins: Scholars believe Semitic-speaking peoples originated in the Arabian Peninsula, Levant, or North Africa around 3800 BC before spreading throughout the Middle East and to the Horn of Africa. [1, 2, 3]
Cultural and Religious Characteristics
  • Religion: The Semitic peoples are the source of major monotheistic faiths, including Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
  • Culture: Historically, many groups were nomadic or semi-nomadic, influencing agricultural and urban developments in Mesopotamia and the Levant.
  • Social Structure: Ancient Semitic societies often featured patriarchal structures, with urban developments in places like Phoenicia focused on trade, while others like Assyria focused on empire-building. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Genetic and Anthropological Context
  • Definition: "Semitic" was originally a linguistic classification coined in the 1770s by German scholars (Göttingen school) to describe groups listed in biblical genealogy as descendants of Shem.
  • Genetic Identity: While early 19th-century theories tried to define "Semites" as a racial group, modern science views them as diverse populations sharing a language family rather than a single distinct genetic "race".
  • Antisemitism: The term "antisemitism" was coined in the late 19th century in Germany specifically to describe hatred of Jews. It is a misnomer, as "Semitic" refers to a language family and covers many groups, not just Jews. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Historical Groups
  • Ancient: Akkadians, Babylonians, Assyrians, Canaanites, Phoenicians, Hebrews, Amorites.
  • Modern: Arabs, Jews, Amharas, Tigrayans, Assyrians

More from Google AI:

"Special victim pleading" generally refers to legal processes involving enhanced charges or specialized procedures when a crime is committed against a "special victim," a term often defined as a vulnerable person or someone performing specific public duties.

Key aspects regarding "special victims" and related legal proceedings include:
1. Definition of a "Special Victim"

Laws often categorize specific individuals as special victims to increase penalties for offenders. This commonly includes:
  • Children: Minors, particularly those under 13 or 14 years old.
  • Elderly and Vulnerable Adults: Adults who are frail, disabled, or unable to care for themselves.
  • Law Enforcement/Public Officers: Police officers, firefighters, or emergency personnel acting in their official capacity.
  • Victims of Specific Crimes: Individuals subjected to sexual assault, human trafficking, or domestic violence.
2. Legal Implications and Special Procedures

When a case involves a special victim, the legal system often implements specialized procedures, such as:
  • Specialized Prosecution Units: Many districts have Special Victims Units (SVU) that handle cases involving domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault.
  • Privacy Protections: Special victims may be permitted to use their initials instead of their names in public documents to prevent intimidation or embarrassment.
  • Enhanced Sentencing: Assaulting a special victim can elevate a charge, for example, moving a standard assault to a felony charge.
  • Confidentiality: Procedures may exist to keep the residence or address of a special victim confidential.
3. Special Victim Rights (Marsy’s Law)

In many jurisdictions, victims have specific rights, often termed "Marsy’s Law," which allows them to be heard at proceedings and to receive notifications regarding the case. These rights include:
  • Protection: The right to be protected from the accused.
  • Privacy: The right to prevent the disclosure of confidential information.
  • Input: The right to confer with the prosecutor and provide input on plea negotiations.
  • Presence: The right to attend all hearings
4. Victim Impact Statements

Before sentencing, victims (or their representatives) often submit a "victim impact" statement, which is a written or oral description of the physical, psychological, emotional, and financial injuries that occurred as a direct result of the crime. This is a formal part of the court record and is considered during the sentencing process.

The entire Post-modern "Racial/ Colonial Settler/ Social Justice Warrior" movement has been shaped  by the world's Post-WWII reaction to the holocaust and the special victim pleading of Jewish survivors.  It's time to return to the Enlightenment's Universalism and put the Individual's JUSTICE back into the distorting Social Justice (special victim pleading) Legal Process!  It's time to return to Race Non-Essentialism!

Legalized Special Pleading is a One-Way Ticket on the Road to Toxic Empathy and the Subsequent Social Disorder/ Decay from the Resentment that typically follows all Well Intentioned Non-Meritocratic Affirmative Action Programs.  It merely Exacerbates the Social Toxicity born of Trauma Culture.

...and the Costs Associated with an ENDLESS Extension and Petitions for " Special Victims Rights"

People are waking up to the fact that maga believes being evil is actually good. And everyone who isn't a member of the White Supremacist base is hating it. You'll need to lock in the cheating bigly to "win" going forward. As gwb said, "Fool me — you can't get fooled again!"

republicans should be out of power for some time, given what a disaster Turd-2 is turning out to be. Rising gas prices will squeeze people until they squeal. And then the AI bubble will burst. The party in power is always blamed. But in this case donald trump absolutely is to blame. The trump recession has begun and will only get worse. It could become a trump depression.

Hopefully this time people will learn that republicans are bad for the economy.

As of late April 2026, Iran has officially signaled it will not negotiate on its nuclear program under current conditions, offering instead to postpone nuclear talks while proposing a deal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz to end the ongoing regional war. Iran demands substantial sanctions relief before considering anything else.

While the US asserts that Iran "will not have nuclear weapons," tensions remain high with both sides in a standoff involving military buildup.

Driven by the AI bubble, which is about to burst. btw, the stock market doesn't represent prosperity (or lack of prosperity) for the average American. People aren't going to the grocery store, seeing skyrocketing prices, but not caring because the stock market is doing well.

g00gle: The wealthiest 10% of American households own roughly 87% to 93% of the U.S. stock market, representing a high concentration of equity ownership. The top 1% alone owns roughly 50% to 54% of all stocks. The bottom 50% of households own only about 1% of the total stock market value.🛑

But you think people who don't own stocks should be happy that the stock evaluations of wealthy people are increasing?????

from Google AI:

Approximately 50% to 56% of American workers participate in a workplace retirement plan (such as a 401(k) or pension), according to 2025-2026 data. While roughly 70%–72% of private-sector workers may have access to a plan, participation rates remain lower, particularly for part-time, lower-income, or smaller-company employees.

Key Retirement Plan Participation Data (2025-2026):

Overall Participation: 56% of civilian workers (full and part-time) participate in a workplace plan.401(k)

Specifics: Roughly 50% of U.S. workers contribute to a 401(k) plan.

Private vs. Public Sector: In the private sector, ~53% participate in a plan, whereas in state/local government, that figure is ~81%.

Participation Gaps: 68% of non-Hispanic White adults have a retirement account (401(k), 403(b), or IRA), compared to 42% of people of color.

Trends in Retirement Savings:

Shift from Pensions: Only 11% of private-sector workers participate in a traditional defined benefit pension plan, with many, now relying solely on defined contribution plans like 401(k)s.

Accumulation: About 54% of households hold some form of retirement account assets, but 30% of those hold less than $100,000.Coverage Rates: While 56% participate, the access rate is higher (around 72%), indicating that many employees choose not to contribute or are ineligible.

So yeah, the "average" Joe benefits from a Record High DJIA.

Wikipedia/U.S. economic performance by presidential party: US economic performance has consistently varied by the political party of the US President. According to many economic metrics (including job creation, GDP growth, stock market returns, personal income growth, and corporate profits), since World War II the United States economy has performed significantly better during the administration of Democratic presidents, compared with Republican presidents. Of these, the most statistically significant differences are in real GDP growth, unemployment rate change, stock market annual return, and job creation rate. Link.

FYI, "50% to 56% of American workers" isn't half of American citizens or half of American voters.

In any case, keeping the stock market artificially inflated is why donald trump wants to fire the person he hired, Jerome Powell. The next Fed chair will lower interest rates and that will probably keep things looking good, as far as the stock market goes. But high prices aren't coming down, and the voters always blame the party in power.

It seems you haven't heard about the affordability crisis that most Americans say is occurring right now. A lot of people blamed Joe Biden and voted for donald trump because he said he would bring down prices. Instead he raised them. Yet you think the voters will reward the republican party for starting an incredibly unpopular war and raising prices more... because the stock market is in an AI bubble and because the next FED chair will attempt to keep the stock market high going with an interest rate cut?

They will completely forget that donald trump said he was going to lower prices on day one and did the opposite? And they will forget about this despite being reminded every time they go to the grocery store? For some reason I seriously doubt it.

The Economic Policy Institute: The Trump administration’s macroeconomic agenda harms affordability and raises inequality. Report By Josh Bivens. February 23, 2026. (excerpt).

This report provides an explanation and overview of how Trump policies will impact overall U.S. economic performance and the living standards and economic security of typical families.

In the short run, Trump policies raise the risk of recession.

The U.S. economy might avoid a recession over the next year, but the Trump agenda has made a recession far more likely than it would have been without these policy choices.

The short-run danger from Trump policies stems from the chaotic implementation of tariff policies, the administration’s cuts to social spending in the 2025 Republican budget megabill, their rapid and random downsizing of the federal workforce, and the chilling effects their mass deportation aspirations have on spending.

In the long run, the Trump policy agenda will significantly reduce the U.S. economy’s ability to supply goods and services without high and rising inflation.

The administration’s deportation agenda is slowing the size of the future U.S. labor force and has maybe even shrunk it.

Trump has backed mostly deficit-financed tax cuts for the rich, which will slow the size of the future U.S. capital stock.

His administration is attacking key federal agencies and has shown a lack of strategy in tariff policies, which are slowing the size of the future U.S. technology stock.

In both the short and the long run, the Trump policy agenda is guaranteed to cause greater inequality.

In the short run, the huge tax cuts tilted mostly toward the rich and the spending cuts falling mostly on the bottom 40% will lead to an enormous rise in inequality.

A possible recession will damage the labor market and likely lead to rising inequality over any subsequent recovery as unemployment remains elevated.
Further, the Trump administration’s attacks on the leverage and bargaining power of typical workers and the administration’s toleration of monopolization and abusive financial practices will see income in the business sector reliably funneled away from typical workers and toward the already-rich owners and managers of large companies.

The Trump administration has hamstrung or downsized the key functions of the federal civilian workforce that work to level playing fields between the rich and corporations on one hand and typical workers and consumers on the other.

Finally, many of the Trump administration’s policy choices will inflict significant damage on U.S. families that is not reflected in contemporaneous measures of GDP or income. Just because this damage is not reflected in real-time GDP or income data does not mean it is unimportant or cannot be measured well.

For example, regulations enforced by the federal government lead to greater air and water quality, and voluminous research indicates these save lives and many Americans highly value them. If the attack on the federal workforce and the Trump administration’s generally anti-regulatory stance lead to rollbacks in air and water quality, people will suffer, even as most of this suffering is not well captured in GDP. Link.

But republicans are betting the coming crash can be held off while trump is president. Then they can blame the next Democratic presidential administration when for the damage their policies inflict. It's what they always do. And the voters have (so far) been stupid enough to buy it.

Why donald trump knew he had to say he was against the war in Iraq. And why he pledged to start no new wars. And people (you included) were dumb enough to believe him. One thing that is certain is that the next republican president (if there is one) isn't going to be someone associated with the current republican administration. JD Vance and Marco Rubio both are hopeful. But neither will ever be president.
