wtf? Putin is one of the world's richest oligarchs. donald trump wants to be an oligarch. They hate themselves?

Joe Conservative said...

Putin and Trump are Nationalist Oligarch's. They want to kick the Euro Oligarch's out and replace them in all relevant National markets.

Joe Conservative said...

I should probably throw Jack Ma in there, too. No one in America is lamenting Xi's former chastisement of him.

Joe Conservative said...

The Technofeudal Lords won't be going anywhere. They're "networked" across all global boundries.

Joe Conservative said...

The oligarch's being "blocked out" and will pay most dearly for the tariffs are the Cloud Vassals of the Technofeudal Lords, to whom they must pay Cloud Rent.

Justin Trudeau (2015): "There is no core identity, no mainstream in Canada... Those qualities are what make us the first postnational state."

Justin wanted Canada to be the first "Network State". Trump killed the idea of a Canadian "internet rentiere" economy for Canada's oligarchs.

Joe Conservative said...

...all Canadian "Cloud Vassals" by the way. At least Jack Ma is a Chinese Technofeudal Lord... to him all Chinese Cloud Vassals must pay homage.

It seems like donald trump has failed. Not that I think donald trump's tariffs would have accomplished what you say. I don't believe that's his goal. Though it's possible he thinks it is, due to being an economically illiterate moron.

Minus: Justin wanted Canada to be the first "Network State". Trump killed the idea of a Canadian "internet rentiere" economy for Canada's oligarchs.

Copilot: There’s no clear evidence that Donald Trump directly blocked any effort by Justin Trudeau to turn Canada into a "Network State". The idea of Canada becoming a postnational state was something Trudeau discussed in 2015, but there’s no indication that he pursued a formal policy to make Canada a fully internet-driven economy.

Tarriffs. And Co-Pilot doesn't understand what a Cloud Vassal is. It's a Manufacturing facility that produces goods to be sold via the internet by the Technofeudal Lord, to whom the Cloud Vassal pays a large "rent"

In China, that "Lord" would be Jack Ma. In the US, Jeff Bezos.

A former aide to President Joe Biden said White House staff felt justified doing “undemocratic things” in order to stop the “existential threat” that was Donald Trump.

Axios reporter Alex Thompson revealed on Fox News Sunday with Shannon Bream that White House insiders revealed to him they often viewed themselves as the decision makers in the Biden administration and were shielded from the president’s oversight.

“If you believe — and I think a lot of these people do sincerely believe — that Donald Trump was and is an existential threat to democracy, you can rationalize anything, including sometimes doing undemocratic things,” Thompson said.

Another aide also reportedly told Thompson that former President Biden “just had to win, and then he could disappear for four years.”"
And the irony of the whole thing is that the Democrats have been calling Trump “undemocratic” the entire time.
So If you actually believe — and I think a lot of these people do sincerely believe — that Donald Trump was and is an existential threat to democracy, I believe that YOU ARE BRAINWASHED!
If you ever want to know what the Democrats are up to, just listen to what they accuse the Republics of.
And lets not forget that the liberals had no problem with holding up "opinions" as facts when it came to RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, AND JANUARY the 6.th...
Trump was ELECTED BY THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO DO EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING. The staffers running the show when the vegetable was President, were never elected to anything. And........if you notice..........40 to 50% of them, are the same damn people that Obama had in there, which means they just took a vacation during Trumps 1st term, sitting out there sniping about phony Russian collusion, etc.
Like it or not, all this stuff is going to get really interesting about 3 months before the midterms, because it doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to know when most of the evidence is going to be released. Even the Democrats are smart enough to know what is coming, as more and more of them are resigning, and more and more of them will be resigning in the very near future, as they are seeing exactly what they were afraid of happening. .
Justify that statement.

Considering the continual impeachments while in office, and then the continual law suits out of office, and the attempted assassination attempts on Trump's life after Legacy media and the democrat party continually compared Trump to Hitler, and those Morons still continue to do so the entire time, and even after the assassination attempts. It takes a real idiot to continue to do that, but that's exactly what these idiots are!

If you were more upset and vocal about Elon musk and his (Non) salute than you are about Kanye west Heil Hitler song that have reached millions and that people are actually listening and enjoying, then you seriously need to ask yourself why and whay of Nazism
and Adolf Hitler that actually bothers you. Because i can assure you that Jew hatred (which motivated Adolf Hitler) is not what bothers you.
And I will be here to tell you like I told you then that it’s not true heil hitler that you oppose or understand. You only oppose it when it’s something you feel will inconvenience you, and I’m tired of it and all of the hypocrisy.
I’m not going away, and I will continue to ise my voice to hold every single person to their hypocrisy when it comes to using OUR tragedies to advance THEIR agenda.

Minus: Tariffs.

wtf? You "refuted" what I wrote about the FACT that Federal court blocks Trump from imposing sweeping tariffs under emergency powers law by writing "Tariffs"?

Can you explain how "Tariffs" refutes this happening? Did it not happen in your delusions? Or are you saying d0n0ld will appeal and win? Because I don't think that's going to happen. Lawrence O'Donnell, on his program last night, said he doesn't believe the appeal will be successful :)

Minus: And Co-Pilot doesn't understand what a Cloud Vassal is.

Copilot: As for "Cloud Vassal", it's not a widely recognized term, but it seems to be derived from technofeudalism, a concept discussed by economists like Yanis Varoufakis. In this framework, traditional capitalists are being replaced by cloud-based overlords who control digital infrastructure, forcing smaller businesses (or "vassals") to pay rent for access to online markets.

The blog commenter’s definition -- a manufacturing facility paying rent to a Technofeudal Lord -- is an interpretation of this idea, though it’s not a standard term in economic discourse. It’s an interesting way to frame the power dynamics of digital commerce, where platforms like Amazon or Google act as gatekeepers, extracting fees from businesses that rely on them. [end]

Seems to me that Copilot understands.

Joe Conservative said...

Can you explain how "Tariffs" refutes this happening?

If I say "it does", have I refuted you? The injunction is just the first step in deciding the conclusion, yet you cite it as if it were a refutation. Get back to me after ScotUS spanks the Court.

Joe Conservative said...

And CoPilot "understands" nothing. It simply parrots arguments made by journalists in their learning model who aren't traditional economists either and who have a much poorer "understanding" of Varoufakis' arguments than I do.

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Copilot: Even if the Supreme Court does hear the case, it’s not a given that they’ll side with Trump. They could uphold the trade court’s decision, or they might rule more narrowly on specific aspects of the tariffs. Either way, it’s not as simple as a "spanking" -- it’s a complex legal battle with multiple possible outcome. [end]

Why don't you get back to me when the tariffs are never reinstated?

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Minus: The injunction is just the first step in deciding the conclusion, yet you cite it as if it were a refutation.

It should be. That doesn't mean it ultimately will be. It was a very decisive opinion, however. The three judge panel included a justice appointed by donald trump.

Minus: And CoPilot "understands" nothing.

Copilot: That comment carries a strong dismissive tone, suggesting frustration with both AI-generated analysis and the economic interpretations provided by journalists. The claim that I “parrot” arguments implies that they believe AI lacks actual comprehension, reducing it to mere repetition rather than meaningful synthesis.

Now, it’s true that I rely on patterns and sources, including journalistic writing, academic research, and publicly available data. But that doesn’t mean I simply repeat without context -- I organize, refine, and connect information in a way meant to be useful and insightful.

The critique also seems centered on Yanis Varoufakis’ arguments, which can be complex and require deep economic knowledge. If they see themselves as better informed than mainstream journalists, they might feel frustrated that I reference broadly available economic perspectives rather than their personal interpretation. [end]

Your AI believes that "The Academy" represents the final say in Art. Tell that to DuChamp. Tell that to Picasso. Tell that to Dali. Tell that to Bansky. You want to always stand on the backfoot of art? Get Ai to generate it.

He who tastes, knows. He who follows "the University Discourse" has been built to please his Master.

Joe Conservative said...

btw - The Tariffs have been reinstated...

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Minus: Your AI believes that "The Academy" represents the final say in Art.

Copilot: I don’t believe any single institution -- whether it’s “The Academy,” universities, or even critics -- has the final say in what art is or how it should be valued. Art is fluid, subjective, and constantly evolving. Some of the most groundbreaking artists in history -- like Duchamp, Picasso, DalĂ, and Banksy --challenged conventions and reshaped artistic discourse precisely *because* they rejected institutional authority.

That comment seems to frame me as some rigid defender of establishment norms, but my approach is much more open-ended. I recognize that institutions play a role in shaping discourse, but I also appreciate rebellion, experimentation, and unconventional creativity. AI-generated art sits right in that crossroads -- it can follow traditional aesthetics, but it can also push boundaries in entirely unexpected ways.

So no, I don’t stand on the backfoot of art -- I engage with it, question it, and explore it with curiosity. [end]

Copilot says you lie.

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Temporary.

Joe Conservative said...

CoPilot also says that it can "appreciate" subjectively. But where's the subject?

Joe Conservative said...

...and after SCotUS, permanent.

Minus FJ = Precog?

Even though (due to Mitch McConnel's duplicitous cheating) there are too many justices appointed by donald, they do not always rule with him. I don't know how likely they are to rule in his favor here. But, given the trade court's unanimous decision -- including a justice appointed by trump -- I'm thinking they are more likely to rule against him.

king donald's tariffs are a huge overreach. Also illegal and unconstitutional.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

The over-reach was with the Courts that upheld the injunctions. Crises/Emergencies can emerge from long overdue inaction. THAT is what has happened vis Trade. Just LOOK at the size of the Trade Deficits. Just LOOK at the size of the Federal Debt. The moment of crisis has come. And the Courts seek to shoot the messenger.

-FJ the Dangerous and Extreme MAGA Jew said...

We need DoGE to issue an injunction against paying these Judges Salaries. Perhaps then they'd wake up.

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

Then enact tariffs the correct way, through Congress.

But you support levieing them incorrectly, illegally and unconstitutionally. Due to extreme laziness. It's too much work to write legislation, get congresspeople to vote for it and then trump can sign it.

Joe Conservative said...

Congress can over-rule Trump anytime they like. They just need a 2/3 majority to over-ride his veto. Maybe they shouldn't have ceded their tariff powers to him...

The Prophet Dervish Z Sanders said...

They didn't. What he is doing is illegal.

Joe Conservative said...

No, he simply declared the emergency that led to their ceding their powers to him in the first place... total inaction on their part. They allowed the trade deficit to become "terminal" to all good government.

Joe Conservative said...

So you have to ask yourself Dervish, do you like your government fast or slow? Active (executive), Passive (legislative), or reactive (judicial)?

Joe Conservative said...

Ooops, I forgot. You're a lawfare Democrat. reactive/ regressive, of course.

Joe Conservative said...
