We Don't want Him Back, Senator!

The Tennessee Star learned on Wednesday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the Central American gang Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) who was deported to El Salvador under President Donald Trump amid legal action claiming the removal was by mistake, was suspected of being engaged in human trafficking by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer who detained him in December 2022, leading the THP to contact the FBI for guidance. Within two hours, the FBI ultimately requested the THP release Garcia and the passengers in his vehicle. THP complied with the request.

The Star learned from sources familiar with the incident that Abrego Garcia was stopped for an unknown reason on December 6, 2022, and that the THP officer responsible for the stop immediately discovered Abrego Garcia was transporting seven passengers, with eight individuals inside the vehicle.

During a nearly two-hour traffic stop, the THP officer determined that Abrego Garcia (pictured above) was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license and began searching for information about him.

One source told The Star that THP ultimately discovered Abrego Garcia was on a terrorist watch list, but could not locate Abrego Garcia on a deportation list. Another source told The Star that THP did not discover Abrego Garcia on a terrorist watch list but that another one of the seven passengers in the vehicle may have been on a terrorist watch list.

THP subsequently called the FBI, which was then led by former Director Christopher Wray under the Biden administration. The FBI instructed the THP officers at the scene to capture photographs of all eight people in the vehicle and document its contents.

Once the photographs were captured, this source told The Star that the FBI requested THP release all eight individuals and that the THP officers complied with this request.

It's standard rightturd procedure to slime the victim. We see this all the time when the police kill someone for "resisting".

In a statement released to ABC News Wednesday through her attorney, Vasquez Sura -- who has been vocal in her support of Abrego Garcia during his incarceration in El Salvador -- said, "After surviving domestic violence in a previous relationship, I acted out of caution after a disagreement with Kilmar by seeking a protective order in case things escalated".

"We were able to work through this situation privately as a family, including by going to counseling", Vasquez Sura said. "Kilmar has always been a loving partner and father, and I will continue to stand by him and demand justice for him".

FYI, his lawyers say he was incorrectly identified as a gang member. If it's all so clear cut, why didn't they agree to a hearing and present their evidence?

You think this is how court proceedings are supposed to work? First a sentence is imposed and then evidence is presented? That's how you'd want it to go if you were accused of a crime?

Ivana tRump wrote in a book that d0n0ld raped her. He should be deported as a "homegrown".

He was caught in TN trafficking human beings. The Biden FBI told the TN troopers to let him go. It's a shame he didn't then go to your house and put you in the car and make you an MS-13 mule, too.

btw - Did PG County law enforcement collude with TN and federal authorities on the "slime job"? Did his wife?

He wasn't.

Copilot: Reports indicate that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, suspected of MS-13 gang affiliation, was stopped by Tennessee Highway Patrol in 2022 while transporting seven passengers. The trooper suspected human trafficking and contacted the FBI.

Me: How many of the passengers said they were being trafficked?

Copilot: None of the passengers reportedly claimed they were being trafficked during the incident involving Kilmar Abrego Garcia in Tennessee. [end]

Suspicions aren't proof. Suspicions can be wrong. WHY there is due process.

If someone tried to traffick me and the car I was in was stopped by the police, I'd tell the police what happened. btw, I think the FBI (regardless of who the president is) isn't PRO human trafficking.

Copilot: ...there’s no credible evidence to support the idea that President Biden directed the FBI to allow human trafficking. The FBI’s decision to release Kilmar Abrego Garcia during the Tennessee incident likely stemmed from legal or procedural considerations, not from any directive to support illegal activities.

It’s not uncommon for people to interpret complex situations through a political lens, especially when emotions run high. This can lead to exaggerated or unfounded accusations. If you’re engaging with this blogger, it might be worth asking for evidence or pointing out the lack of substantiation behind such a serious claim. [end]

The slime job is bringing this up now. When it originally happened his wife overreacted because (as she stated) she was the victim of domestic violence in a prior relationship. After the incident she and her husband sought counseling and there were no repeat occurrences.

Minus: Occham, meet razor.

His wife wants him returned. If he had been abusing her ever since the incident in question, I think she'd be glad he was gone.

Occham, meet razor = his wife wants him returned and is very vocal about it.

...and if the traffickers knew who your family members in El Salvador were, would you still tell the cops?

So she faked the black eye and bruises, Derv? Oh, wait, she "fell"... @@

You love criminals so much, Derv, so why aren't you supporting Trump... the felon? He should be your poster-child.

btw - His wife isn't the recipient of a DNC "Go Fund Me", is she?

I guess for $200k, some people will put up with anything. I wonder if the donations came from USAID NGOs...

Me: As per this blogger, "His wife isn't the recipient of a DNC Go Fund Me, is she?". I take it the answer is no?

Copilot: Correct, there's no evidence to suggest that Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s wife is receiving funds from a DNC GoFundMe campaign. It seems like another unfounded claim from the blogger. [end]

Minus: So she faked the black eye and bruises, Derv? Oh, wait, she "fell"...

Strawman. I've never defended domestic violence and never will. If the case against him is so strong, why didn't Turd-2 lawyers present their evidence to the judge?

Minus: You love criminals so much, Derv, so why aren't you supporting Trump... the felon? He should be your poster-child.

I don't love criminals "so much". That's why I oppose a felon being in the White House instead of prison where he belongs.

Minus: The "rule of Law" should never trump the "rule of common sense".

That happens often. Definitely not "never". For example, it was common sense that Jack Smith should dismiss his cases against d0n0ld tRump, given the fact that he was obviously guilty. And ABC shouldn't have agreed to give money to the d0n0ld predisent library, given that they were obviously in the right and d0n0ld's lawsuit was quite clearly a shakedown.

FYI, "The installation of Salvatore Garau's Aphrodite Crying in front of Federal Hall was sponsored by the Italian Cultural Institute of New York. They also created a virtual platform to showcase the work globally. It seems the funding came from cultural promotion efforts rather than private donors or NGOs".

Plus this non sequitur has absolutely nothing to do with the topic that was being discussed.

Copilot: The $200,000 figure mentioned in the blog comment seems exaggerated or unrelated, as Garau’s other invisible sculptures have sold for significantly less -- around $18,000. There’s no evidence to suggest that USAID NGOs or any political organizations were involved in funding this installation. The comment appears to be a leap, connecting unrelated topics to support a broader narrative. [end]

btw, as for invisible sculptures, it sounds like a scam that falls far short of d0n0ld's GIVE ME MONEY "meme coin".
