I don't agree with everything Carville says. He isn't senile. Do you agree with Qtard that senility is inevitable? If that's the case, then you have to admit that d0n0ld is senile. He definitely has mental problems. Megalomania and narcissistic personality disorder. But those are mental conditions he has lived with most of his life. His father had Alzheimer's. He likely has Alzheimer's. Unlike Joe Biden, who was and remains mentally sharp.
