Neither Mueller nor Comey will ever be charged, let alone convicted. As for Snowden, did he help Putin re the recent hack? If he gets a pardon (which I doubt) it will certainly be less objectionable than letting off war criminals who kill children. For that act alone Dotard should be charged in the Hague.
