Outlaw "factory-style in site classroom-based" educations, and replace them with remote and individualized "internet-based" educations.
Because children don't need to be socialized or learn how to interact with their fellow humans? That will serve them well in the real world. Not knowing how to interact with their coworkers on the job. Because employers hate teamwork and want all employees to be "individuals" who do things their own way. NOT that there is ANY chance at all of public schools being "outlawed".
BTW, the cons definitely outweigh any "pros" of arming teachers. Which is why sane people oppose this idea.
