The Core of the American Deep State

"In this sense, modern totalitarianism can be defined as the establishment, by means of the state of exception, of a legal civil war that allows for the physical elimination not only of political adversaries but of entire categories of citizens who for some reason cannot be integrated into the political system... The state of exception is not a special kind of law (like the law of war); rather, it is a suspension of the judicial order itself and opens up a space in which application and normativity become indistinguishable."

 -Giorgio Agamben

...and the 1st World Luxury Capitalist Elites that they serve:
This is exactly why, in "State of Exception" within the chapter "Force of Law" Agamben marks out law, force of law: "It's not about the rule, it's not about the law itself, it's about a sovereign interpretation and execution the overarching force."

In this case, the US Government's by proxy:

  1. The frame that the trump movement is anti-war is fundamentally dishonest. d0n-OLD was in favor of the invasion of Iraq, as he told Howard Stern. And (in regards to the Russian war on Ukraine) d0n-OLD (and you) are both pro-Russia, which is the country whose leader instigated the war.

Democrats, with their support of the victim of Russian aggression, remain the anti-war party. Anti-war Democrats opposed the republican gwb's invasion of Iraq, and anti-war Democrats oppose Putin's invasion of Ukraine.

d0n-OLD pretended to be opposed to the Iraq war in the 2015 republican primaries, but that was a strategy to knock out Jeb Bush. republicans were pro-war when it was gwb's "war on terror". d0n-OLD as president didn't advocate for repealing the AUMF. He used it to justify the assassination he authorized.

Quote: In May of 2020, the President vetoed a joint congressional resolution "To direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress". The resolution affirmed Congress’ view that neither the 2001 nor the 2002 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF) authorized force against Iran. The President's veto statement argued the strike on Soleimani was authorized by the 2002 AUMF and Article II of the Constitution. link

d0n-OLD and the tRump movement are "anti-war" while Democrats and Kamala Harris are "For War" = bullplop.
