I know tensions are running high and people are scared regarding this administration and all the things happening…But please refrain from distorting the holocaust or sharing posts which distort it, all lives matter it, universalize it, or omit the unique treatment of Jews. In a time when antisemitism as at an all time high and holocaust education is at a low, this is an irresponsible use of our tragedy. Posts with distortions and false equivalency is helping spread misinformation, holocaust denialism and revisionism. It is incredibly harmful to my community. Let me be clear: antisemitism was at the foundation of H!tlers rise to power and the n*zi movement. Jews were not the only victims but the PRIMARY victims of the holocaust. The final solution was ONLY about the Jews. Any author who suggests otherwise or omits this is creating a post not rooted in good intentions. It’s a red flag to look for. Please stop the spread of holocaust revisionism. The narratives of today should be able to stand on their own. If you want to learn more about the holocaust may I suggest looking into taking a trip to the Holocaust museum in DC. The scenes from Borough park yesterday is really frightening. For those who don’t know, borough park is largest Jewish community in America, right here in Brooklyn NY. A place I spent my yourh visiting as its where my bubbie lived. Yesterday the free Palestine movement chose to “protest” in this neighborhood. How convenient for them to pick THIS neighborhood. This was not a protest tho. This was an attempted pogrom. “Protestors” showed up with machetes, knives and there were attempted car rammings. This is happening in America. It’s been happening. When Jews tell you we don’t feel safe this is what we are dealing with. This is why many in the Jewish community feel frustrated watching everyone use our past tragedies (the Holocaust) to reference everything other than what is happening to Jews right now, the thing you could draw the most parallels with.
My "no" was in regards to your reference to MY "guilt pride". I don't have any of this imaginary thing. You think we can atone for slavery? You think we already did, don't you?

Very BLM-ish, huh?
wtf?
holocaust=slavery. The sin can't be minimized or forgiven.
It's forever, hence your "guilt-pride" (like Germans for the holocaust).
No.
You can atone for slavery?
