Jan 6 insurrectionists = protesters who are unjustly being held as political prisoners.
BLM peaceful protesters = rioters who should have been shot (rubber bullets, tear gas canisters, actual bullets) or at least arrested (and roughed up in the process).
I don't know wtf you're talking about re "show some logical consistency". Leaving to prevent legislation from passing isn't at all comparable to attacking to overturn an election.
LOL! Charges and possible prison time for rioters versus lesser consequences for legislators who left Texas (loss of pay). Lesser consequences because doing their job (representing their constituents) isn't "treason".
Sec. 1. OFFICIAL OATH OF OFFICE. (a) All elected and appointed officers, before they enter upon the duties of their offices, shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:
"I, _______________________, do solemnly swear (or affirm), that I will faithfully execute the duties of the office of ___________________ of the State of Texas, and will to the best of my ability preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States and of this State, so help me God."
Running away from a vote is NOT a "faithful execution of DUTY".
If it were the other way around - and republicans were "running away" to stop Democratic legislation you didn't like - you'd be saying the same thing? That the republicans who "ran away" should be hung? I doubt it.

Do Republicans and Democrats have anything other that tu quoque fallacies to toss at each other?
How many times does Trump need to lose the 2020 election? Isn't once enough?
Democrats like audits. We hate fraudits.
But the Cyber Ninjas audit found that Biden won Arizona by a slightly wider margin than first realized.

As well as finding election law violations far exceeding Biden's margin of victory.
And they only told you about them? 🤣
The Cyber Ninja fraudit violated federal election laws.
^^thinks laws are only for Republicans^^
^^thinks laws don't apply to republicans^^

Charge the Texas Runaway Legislators with treason!
...or at least show some logical consistency, dervy.

lol! Then what's the end result?

Doesn't sound like they're "doing their job"... sounds more like they're "on strike".
...and that's treason.
Bullshit. They were representing their constituents by doing everything they could to stop them from being disenfranchised.
"Striking is treason" = more proof that you hate the working class.
They disenfranchised Texas. I'd hang the traitors if I were king. :)
They didn't. They represented their constituents.
They certainly didn't represent Texas and they violated their oaths of office.
