Approaching Corporate Globalism's Limits?

When the "Democratic socialisms" run out of government money to spread around, who will have a job... do we become Rome, w/naught but bread and circuses? Especially once all America's "capital" has been used to build highly automated factories in China and the Far East... will the American "market" remain tariff-free/ legislatively forced open to international corporate exploitation by the TPP and NAFTA like trade treaties that can with impunity flood our markets with cheap Asian goods?
