...when Neo-Fascists put a WEF DEI-ESG Compliance Nazi on your Corporate Board of Directors
from Google AI:
The German Stock Corporation Act of 1937 (Aktiengesetz 1937) legally shifted corporate focus away from shareholders toward the state.
Alternatively, the legislative act that granted the Nazi regime total, sweeping control, is the Enabling Act of 1933.
1. The Stock Corporation Act of 1937 (Aktiengesetz)
Historically, this is the most famous legal mandate linking corporate governance, "stakeholder" theory, and Nazi ideology.2. The Enabling Act of 1933
- The Shift: It officially stripped shareholders of their primacy.
- The Law: It legally mandated that a company's board of directors must manage the enterprise not to maximize shareholder profit, but to serve the interests of the Volksgemeinschaft (the public good of the "people's community") and the Nazi state.
- The Result: It stripped corporate democracy by giving the executive board absolute power over shareholders, effectively embedding the Nazi Führerprinzip (leader principle) into corporate law.
If your query is about political stakeholders or structural control, the Enabling Act (Gesetz zur Behebung der Not von Volk und Reich) is the foundational law of the regime.
- The Law: Passed on March 23, 1933, it allowed Hitler’s cabinet to enact laws without the approval of parliament.
- The Result: It legally dismantled the Weimar Republic, completely sidelined political opposition, and centralized absolute power.
3. Economic Exclusion Decrees
If you are looking for laws targeting specific corporate stakeholders based on ethnicity or nationality, the regime utilized several decrees:
- The 1938 Decree for the Reporting of Jewish-Owned Property: Forced Jewish citizens and business stakeholders to register assets, paving the way for forced "Aryanization" and asset theft.
- The 1938 Decree on the Elimination of the Jews from Economic Life: Completely barred specific demographics from holding stakes or operating businesses.
- The 1940 Decree on Enemy Property: Allowed the state to appoint administrators to strip foreign shareholders of corporate control without consultation.
are expected to support a candidate with a Nazi tattoo for two decades, a history of racist, violent, homophobic, and antisemitic behavior, and possibly pedophilia, simply because of power? And Democrats have the audacity to get angry at people, especially Jews, who don’t support this? If you care about gaining power, then perhaps vet and produce a better candidate next time. Don’t expect the rest of us to abandon our principles because you endorsed, backed, and invested money in a problematic person…and kept doing so as more and more came to light.
ReplyDeleteApparently, very few of us hold ourselves to the same standard that we do for people across the aisle.
Spare me the “he didn’t know what it was and got it covered up” excuse. You expect me to believe that the person who traveled to the only country in Europe that can legally give out Nazi tattoos, kept that tattoo on for two decades, and didn’t cover it up until he started running and has an antisemitic and racist past, didn’t know what he was doing? Or do you want us to support someone who was dumb enough not to know what kind of tattoo he had on himself for two decades? Like that’s who you want helping to make and vote on laws in this country?
Would you accept this if it were coming across the aisle? The answer is no, and I am no hypocrite. I don’t accept this.
You can demand better… you should. Especially if you call yourself a Real-Democrat. Especially if you have talked about “Nazis,” “fascism,” and “Nazi salutes” for the last few years. If you can’t, then you are not a serious person. At the very least you should be holding politicians who backed him and helped him gain momentum,! No if you really wanted that Nazi Idiot to represent you, then you are one of the same! Did you hear that Dave?
Honestly for a party like the Democratic Socialist, who are actually the Democratic Communists who believes they are morally superior to everyone, they seem to have no moral compass. None at all . Literally if they are willing to abandon all their principles for power. It’s disgusting. They lost all credibility.
ReplyDeleteAnd as far as I'm concerned, they never had any at all. Like they say This is no longer your Fathers Democratic Party!
A little but not a very funny fact aboutt he holocaust education.
ReplyDeleteDid you know 1 in 5 people globally have never heard of the holocaust? That’s about one billion people.
To put this into perspective: the amount of people in the world who don’t know anything about the holocaust is 67x more than the world Jewish population.
Take what you want with that & just know when we get upset with people manipulating/ inverting or universalizing our history, there is good reason behind it.
Les Cary, why don’t you leave the America that you seem to hate so muck and go to Iran and become an Irianion

So, this is a post arguing that donald trump is Nazi-like?
ReplyDeleteNot every DJT brain-fart is a winner. But then again, he didn't set up the "Social Security Trust Fund" and watch it get "p*ssed away in ever increasing Government spending cycles, either. The stock market and private equity offer MUCH greater returns than Treasuries for retirees.
DeleteT-Bills be the new MEFO Bills...
DeleteThe funding of Nazi Germany's pre-World War II military buildup is frequently described by historians and economists as a state-backed Ponzi scheme fueled by MEFO bills, a fraudulent parallel currency used to secretly finance rearmament.
Architected by Reichsbank President Hjalmar Schacht, this system masked massive deficit spending, which ultimately required the regime to resort to foreign conquest and territorial plunder to avoid total economic collapse.
The Mechanics of the MEFO Bill SchemeIn 1933, the Nazi regime faced severe financial constraints and strict military limitations imposed by the Treaty of Versailles. To bypass these restrictions without alerting foreign creditors or triggering hyperinflation, Schacht created the Metallurgische Forschungsgesellschaft (MEFO), a dummy shell company with no real assets.
The Transaction: When German industrialists manufactured tanks, planes, or ammunition, they were not paid in cash. Instead, the MEFO shell company issued them MEFO bills—promissory notes acting as six-month IOUs backed by the Reichsbank.
The Incentive: Arms companies accepted these bills because they could be extended continuously, traded among other corporations like cash, and accumulated 4% annual interest.
The Deception: Because the debt was technically held by a private dummy corporation rather than the state, billions of Reichmarks in military spending never appeared on the official government budget or public ledgers.
Why it Functioned Like a Ponzi Scheme
Between 1934 and 1938, the Nazi regime generated roughly 12 billion Reichsmarks in hidden debt through MEFO bills. The system operated exactly like a Ponzi or pyramid scheme through specific mechanisms:
No Real Capital: The bills were backed entirely by a government promise and possessed no underlying asset value.
Robbing Private Citizens: As early bills began maturing in the late 1930s, the government lacked the cash to pay them. To honor the debts and delay a crash, the regime forcibly raided citizens' private bank accounts, insurance funds, and national savings to pay off the older bill holders.
Price and Wage Manipulation: To prevent the massive influx of invisible currency from causing inflation, the state implemented hyper-strict wage ceilings, mandatory long working hours, and price controls. Anyone who resisted these artificial controls faced severe imprisonment.
Sustained by Conquest and Plunder
By 1939, the financial house of cards was reaching its breaking point. When Schacht warned Hitler that the massive accumulation of debt would cause an imminent economic collapse, Hitler dismissed him and converted the remaining debt into ordinary bonds.
The regime’s economic model could only survive by expanding. The need to validate this massive debt directly accelerated Hitler's timeline for invading neighboring countries. The entire "Nazi Economic Miracle" was ultimately sustained by liquidating Jewish properties, seizing trade union funds, and aggressively plundering the gold reserves, raw materials, and slave labor of conquered territories like Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland.
Instead of investing in corporations, the Nazi party and state used their political power to take them over, co-opt them, or force them to fund the regime's rearmament. Rather than nationalizing entire industries, the Nazis allowed private ownership but controlled corporate operations, dictating what was produced and heavily taxing profits.
DeleteThe dynamic between the Nazi party and corporations was characterized by coercion and collaboration:
Forced Funding and Expropriation: In the early 1930s, the Nazi Party was bailed out by major German industrialists, but once in power, the regime dictated terms. Businesses were pressured to invest retained earnings into Nazi-friendly or autarkical programs, particularly rearmament. The state also seized and sold Jewish-owned businesses in a process called Aryanization, often transferring them at low prices to compliant German corporations.
State-Run Monopolies: When private corporations were unable or unwilling to meet the regime's demands—such as producing low-grade iron ore—the Nazi government created its own mega-corporation, the Reichswerke Hermann Göring, which then swallowed up private competiton.
Mutual Exploitation: Major German companies (like I.G. Farben, Krupp, and BMW) collaborated directly with the Nazi war machine, using slave labor from concentration camps to maximize profits. In return, the Nazis abolished trade unions, froze wages, and favored big business interests
LOL! Didn't Trump oppose the Democrats racialist DEI policies? When will Mamdani's Decrees on white "Enemy Property" be enacted? 2028?
