...when Neo-Fascists put a WEF DEI-ESG Compliance Nazi on your Corporate Board of Directors
from Google AI:
The German Stock Corporation Act of 1937 (Aktiengesetz 1937) legally shifted corporate focus away from shareholders toward the state.
Alternatively, the legislative act that granted the Nazi regime total, sweeping control, is the Enabling Act of 1933.
1. The Stock Corporation Act of 1937 (Aktiengesetz)
Historically, this is the most famous legal mandate linking corporate governance, "stakeholder" theory, and Nazi ideology.2. The Enabling Act of 1933
- The Shift: It officially stripped shareholders of their primacy.
- The Law: It legally mandated that a company's board of directors must manage the enterprise not to maximize shareholder profit, but to serve the interests of the Volksgemeinschaft (the public good of the "people's community") and the Nazi state.
- The Result: It stripped corporate democracy by giving the executive board absolute power over shareholders, effectively embedding the Nazi Führerprinzip (leader principle) into corporate law.
If your query is about political stakeholders or structural control, the Enabling Act (Gesetz zur Behebung der Not von Volk und Reich) is the foundational law of the regime.
- The Law: Passed on March 23, 1933, it allowed Hitler’s cabinet to enact laws without the approval of parliament.
- The Result: It legally dismantled the Weimar Republic, completely sidelined political opposition, and centralized absolute power.
3. Economic Exclusion Decrees
If you are looking for laws targeting specific corporate stakeholders based on ethnicity or nationality, the regime utilized several decrees:
- The 1938 Decree for the Reporting of Jewish-Owned Property: Forced Jewish citizens and business stakeholders to register assets, paving the way for forced "Aryanization" and asset theft.
- The 1938 Decree on the Elimination of the Jews from Economic Life: Completely barred specific demographics from holding stakes or operating businesses.
- The 1940 Decree on Enemy Property: Allowed the state to appoint administrators to strip foreign shareholders of corporate control without consultation.
are expected to support a candidate with a Nazi tattoo for two decades, a history of racist, violent, homophobic, and antisemitic behavior, and possibly pedophilia, simply because of power? And Democrats have the audacity to get angry at people, especially Jews, who don’t support this? If you care about gaining power, then perhaps vet and produce a better candidate next time. Don’t expect the rest of us to abandon our principles because you endorsed, backed, and invested money in a problematic person…and kept doing so as more and more came to light.
ReplyDeleteApparently, very few of us hold ourselves to the same standard that we do for people across the aisle.
Spare me the “he didn’t know what it was and got it covered up” excuse. You expect me to believe that the person who traveled to the only country in Europe that can legally give out Nazi tattoos, kept that tattoo on for two decades, and didn’t cover it up until he started running and has an antisemitic and racist past, didn’t know what he was doing? Or do you want us to support someone who was dumb enough not to know what kind of tattoo he had on himself for two decades? Like that’s who you want helping to make and vote on laws in this country?
Would you accept this if it were coming across the aisle? The answer is no, and I am no hypocrite. I don’t accept this.
You can demand better… you should. Especially if you call yourself a Real-Democrat. Especially if you have talked about “Nazis,” “fascism,” and “Nazi salutes” for the last few years. If you can’t, then you are not a serious person. At the very least you should be holding politicians who backed him and helped him gain momentum,! No if you really wanted that Nazi Idiot to represent you, then you are one of the same! Did you hear that Dave?
Honestly for a party like the Democratic Socialist, who are actually the Democratic Communists who believes they are morally superior to everyone, they seem to have no moral compass. None at all . Literally if they are willing to abandon all their principles for power. It’s disgusting. They lost all credibility.
ReplyDeleteAnd as far as I'm concerned, they never had any at all. Like they say This is no longer your Fathers Democratic Party!
A little but not a very funny fact aboutt he holocaust education.
ReplyDeleteDid you know 1 in 5 people globally have never heard of the holocaust? That’s about one billion people.
To put this into perspective: the amount of people in the world who don’t know anything about the holocaust is 67x more than the world Jewish population.
Take what you want with that & just know when we get upset with people manipulating/ inverting or universalizing our history, there is good reason behind it.
