    The debate that is now before the Supreme Court Trump v. Barbara, has sparked intense legal and political discussion. Lower courts blocked the order, but the Trump Administration maintains it restores the proper rights, and limits of citizenship.
    The Executive Order that President Trump’s, signed on January 20, 2025, his first day back in office, seeks to clarify the scope of the 14th Amendment by denying automatic U.S. citizenship to any children born in America and to all temporary visitors such as those engaging in “Birth Tourism”and specially to Illegal Aliens.     Anything can happen between now and Labor Day, so let’s recalibrate then.
