Tommy sentenced to 18 months as England's "latest and commonest" political prisoner. The axe sharpening continues at the Tower of London for sympathetic free speech violators

Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for contempt of court. He repeatedly violated a court order that barred him from making libelous allegations against a Syrian refugee. Robinson admitted to breaching the order multiple times by giving interviews and publishing content that repeated the false claims. The court found his actions to be deliberate and flagrant breaches of the order, showing no remorse. Referring to him as a "political prisoner" is misleading, as his imprisonment is due to his contempt of court and not his political views. (Copilot response).
ReplyDeleteHe called a grooming paedophile. Good for him!
Delete"called out".

DeleteCopilot: Tommy Robinson live-streamed outside a court during a trial involving a grooming gang, which violated reporting restrictions meant to ensure a fair trial. His actions were seen as potentially prejudicing the trial, which is why he was prosecuted. The court's issue wasn't with the truth of his statements about the accused, but with his interference in the judicial process.
ReplyDeleteMe: Could his interference possibly have caused a mistrial?
Copilot: Yes, Tommy Robinson's actions had the potential to cause a mistrial. The trial judge noted that his live-streamed remarks outside Leeds Crown Court were highly prejudicial to the defendants and could have jeopardized the fairness of the trial. Fortunately, the trial concluded without being derailed, and the defendants were convicted.
"Good for him" meaning good that he could have caused a mistrial? Are you disappointed that his antics didn't cause a mistrial?
Maybe you should watch Tommy's "Silenced" movie...
DeleteDylan is a real life "Tommy Boy" but unlike Chris Farley, Dervnac isn't funny.
DeleteIn fact, Dylan Dervish Mulvaney Sanders keeps tripping over hir "blue dress" falling flat on her face. A real life Tommie Boi! Or is it a ßeta ẞhemale?
DeleteA dress-wearing "Dylan Dervish Mulvaney Sanders" is 100 percent imaginary.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure that NSA has the film.
DeleteFilm of what?
ReplyDeleteA dress-wearing "Dylan Dervish Mulvaney Sanders"
DeletePossibly. Though (if they do) it surely was Mystere prancing around in public wearing a dress and pretending to be "Dylan Dervish Mulvaney Sanders" that was filmed.
