  4. "Virginia from systematically removing alleged noncitizens from the voter rolls this close to an election".

Of course you believe proving someone isn't a citizen before taking away citizen rights isn't necessary. Just allege they aren't, and that is good enough to strip citizenship rights.

What's next? Executing people alleged to have committed a crime? The dead person's family members can fight the charges in court.

Wait, we already do that and you fully support it. "It" being the extrajudicial killing of suspects who "resist" arrest.

    1. Self-identified non-citizens. It's a no-brainer to remove them.

    2. ...ergo not "alleged", but self-alleged.

  5. Minus: ergo not "alleged", but self-alleged.

    No.

Under the program, people are flagged for removal if they check a box on a Department of Motor Vehicles form indicating they are not a citizen or leave that section blank.

The groups that sued say the program is catching people who obtained driver licenses as green card holders and later became citizens, as well as others who simply filled out the form incorrectly.

  6. You say "no" and then proceed to give evidence for "yes". You really need to break the NewSpeak habit, Derv.
