The Crimes of Indictmentgate Continue...

16 comments:

  1. The indictments are in regards to what dotard donald did, not what he said. A "free speech" defense will go nowhere.

Tarl Warwick has the BS talking points down. This "free speech" defense won't be presented in court. This narrative is just for the rubes. Going to raise money off it, as Tarl points out.

dotard's real strategy is to delay until after the election. Then have his AG shut everything down.

If that doesn't work, he is going to be convincted. FYI, as president, dotard donald had an obligation to act. He could not tweet (or "X") and say "ha ha, the Capitol is burning". What tRump did (nothing) was a dereliction of duty.

"Alternative electors, perfectly legal" = no. The MI fake electors have been charged with crimes.

  2. Was Tilden charged with a crime after the 1887 election? Nope. It was just "politics".

  3. "Tilden's 50.9% is the largest share of the popular vote received by a candidate that was not elected to the presidency"...

Another election where the Democratic potus candidate got shafted? Is that the crime? A Democrat wins the popular vote but the republican becomes president?

republicans have a history of stealing the presidency. About time one was prosecuted.

  5. You really don't know how the Electoral College works, do you.

  6. You really don't know how the Electoral College works, do you? I mean, if you believe there is such a thing as "alternate electors". Or if you believe the VP can reject electors and send them back to the states.

  7. The popular vote has no bearing on the the votes of electors unless you're from a brain dead Blue state who elects their electors that way.

  8. Jeez. You REALLY have no idea how the electoral college works. AT ALL. Faithless electors are rare.

  12. Like thjat YOU have written here "I *DO* deny..."???

Yes. That is a bigly Qtard delusion. That I was denying human rights. Qtard's delusions tell him overthrowing democracy is a "human right".

Qtard: Electoral College was instantiated by Founding Fathers.

What about the "fathers founders"? Why aren't you calling them that anymore? Founding fathers were not perfect. Got that one wrong. Does not make them "criminals".

  13. Qtard is silently agreeing.

  14. Dunno why I should disagree with how Derpy SO OPENLY admits its anti-human-rights and anti-USA-constitution ideals... really, why???

    Yawn.
