As per Cassidy Hutchinson, tRump knew many of his supporters were armed. Regarding the deaths that occurred because of the riot, tRump should be charged with manslaughter. He sent his supporters to the Capitol and is responsible for what happened.
Guy Reffitt wanted to zip tie Nancy Pelosi then drag her out of the Capitol by her ankles while her head hit every step on the way down. Prosecutors want to charge him with terrorism and give him 15 years. His son turned him in.
Refitt's sentencing after conviction? It hasn't happened... Yet. Looks like he'll be going away for a very long time though. Would be for life if he had murdered Nancy Pelosi. Unless he got the death penalty.
