Certainly an Urban Dictionary definition isn't definitive proof. It wouldn't surprise me, however. And your denial means nothing to me. I found many articles mocking the Canadian PM. Which says to me that it's more likely true than not true.

Serial killers are sometimes "beyond the law", but only Masters can live there 24/7. The problem serial killers have is that as "subjects to law" they easily get put to death when caught.
