Donald Trump's success is a direct result of Republicans like Ryan,Graham,McCain,Romney,Bush,McConnell and their ilk. People are just fed up with their do nothing B.S..
I beg to differ, hate is too strong a word.....anger and fed up fit a bit better. Its kind of funny.....the Republican establishment still cant grasp what's happening. The party as they know it is crumbling. Every so many years the party see's a different direction. In the 60's it was the Goldwater strict conservative doctrine. Then in the late 70's and early 80's came Ronald Reagan and his brand of conservatism. Now we have Donald J. Trump and his Republican Populism.
No, I think the Bushes/Romney's and the Neocon Internationalism allies really HATE Trump, who is appearing to be a resurrected paleocon (ala Pat Buchanan). They forced Buchanan out in 2000 over trade and globalism.... but it looks like he's coming "back", being vindicated by actual job losses from offshoring.

Their hate has certainly earned him a lot of support!
