I wonder if he is getting any Putin cash indirectly as Benny Johnson and Tim Poole did. I suspect that is a strong possibility. Probably with full knowledge of where the money is coming from.
USAID has been fully restored? Is aid being rushed out now? Thousands of children have already died, but we can save those who would have otherwise died. So that's good news.
